Course Description

This course is the second of a four-part Grief Informed Training provided by the Children's Bereavement Center and Lift from Loss.

Within this course, attendees will focus on various types of traumatic loss, including suicide, homicide, substance use, and COVID-19. Trauma symptoms, differentiating between grief and depression, and post-traumatic growth will also be discussed as it relates to traumatic loss.

By enrolling in this course, you will have access to this digital content for up to one year after registration. Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) in the state of Florida will also be eligible to receive 1 continuing education credit upon completion of the course material.
