Course Description
This is the third of a four-part Grief-Informed Training provided by the Children's Bereavement Center and Lift from Loss.
Within this course, attendees will learn practical tips and strategies to address the death of a student or staff member within the school setting. How to inform students, creating memorials and commemorative events, and social media considerations will be discussed.
By enrolling in this course, you will have access to the digital content for up to one year after registration. Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) in the state of Florida will also be eligible to receive 1.5 continuing education credits upon completion of the course material
